Geniux - Do brain pills really work?

Mental performance is strongly linked to physical performance, basically, you need both in order to perform properly, you need good mental health and performance to perform well physically and vice-versa. Basically what I mean is that for example if you are in a bad mood, and if you didn't know moods are emotional states influenced or caused by the brain's chemicals, this will also affect your physical performance and the opposite is true because if you have let's say a digestion problems, which is am physical problem, perhaps an infection, you won't really be able to perform mentally, you will be distressed, unable to focus and so on. Where am I going with this?

Well today i want to talk about brain performance and everybody knows that nowadays when you talk about that you just have to talk about supplements, nootropics, there's no way around it, however it takes more than a supplement to help when you can't focus or when you're having trouble with your memory, bad moods and so on. Yes, nootropic supplements can definitely help and they are arguably the best choices for temporary and fast effects when you need to be ready asap, on the spot, they work fast, their effects come fast, however in the long-term a nootropic supplement won't help much because like I said, their effects generally don't last for long and they are quickly overcome by an unhealthy lifestyle which is the main cause for all sorts of health problems, even those related to performance, whether it is mental or physical.

Let me give you an example. The brain is like a muscle, when you don't use it it becomes weaker, just like muscles lose strength and mass, which means they become smaller. What do I mean by this? I mean that if you "workout" your brain frequently, regularly, your performance would also be better because the brain needs stimulation just like your muscles do, in order to stay in shape. Furthermore, the brain also needs proper, healthy nutrition just like the muscles do and the rest of your body does. So basically what I am saying is, try and live healthier and I guarantee that you will see lots of improvements in your life, this is a promise.

With that said, it is true that sometimes a supplement can be great because like I said, good benefits and fast, before an exam, before a study session, a supplement can be great, together with a cup of coffee to help you stay sharp and focused, at least that's how I used to do it, sometimes.
With that said I want to recommend to you guys Geniux which is the supplement that I was using some time ago which can balance mood, improve cognitive functions like focus and memory, etc. Check out Geniux's official website for more information or to order it!

Noocube Review: Does This Product Really Work?

Alpha GPC, Huperzine A, Cat's claw, Bacopa Monnieri, Oat Straw, L-theanine, and L-tyrosine are the ingredients in today's supplement that I will be reviewing, called Noocube. I am not sure that I understand the name or where it comes from but I may be missing something, anyway, this is a nootropic supplement, a health-care supplement that aims to improve brain performance as well as brain health using natural ingredients, mostly amino acids and antioxidants. Amino acids are used by your body on a regular basis for multiple things, first, off they are most known for aiding in building protein, they are actually known as the building blocks of proteins.

They are also used in the making of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, such as acetylcholine and others, which is how they aid in promoting better cognitive performance in supplements or in your diet. The plant extracts contain powerful antioxidants which represent very good protection or defense against free radicals which can damage brain cells, in fact, any cells in your body. Each person living experiences radical damage, however, we do not feel it, it's something that is done on the cellular level and accumulates over time and as we age we can begin to feel or see the effects, like aging faster, losing muscle strength and cognitive impairment and a slower metabolism, etc.

To understand how antioxidants protect brain cells from damage, you need to know what radicals are and how they work, why they are harmful. A radical is an unpaired electron which is reactive and unstable and it needs another electron to form a pair and this is how it ceases to be harmful, to be radical.

This is part of why it is harmful because in this reactive state it reacts to cells and molecules around it and attacks them to steal electrons and from this, the chain reaction can occur that are very harmful or toxic to your body.
Antioxidants give electrons to radicals and they don't become unstable or reactive or nothing of the sort from doing this, they remain stable like nothing happened, while neutralizing free radicals.

Visit the official website of NooCube for more information or to order it.
